Are all your items vegan and non-dairy?
We use tofu and soy as an ingredient, not a substitute for dairy. We use it to make our dishes lighter while still being rich and creamy. We offer many vegan and non-dairy items, but not all of our items.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. At our two retail stores, we accept cash payments as well. However, we do require credit card payment for all pre-orders for store pickup and local messenger delivery.
Is your site secure?
Yes! This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security
How can I check the status of an order?
Please email email@example.com. We would be happy to track it for you. Additionally, tracking numbers are included in your shipping confirmation email for all FedEx orders.
How will I know that my order was received?
After you hit the PAY button on Step 2 of our checkout process, a CONFIRMATION page will appear, and you should receive an immediate email confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, your order has not gone through with shopkyotofu.com
I already placed my order. Can I change part of it, such as the delivery date, delivery address product or gift message?
We would be happy to help you edit your order as long as it is not already in transit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make those changes for you!
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel your order for you. Please note that custom orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of delivery.
How far in advance can I place my order?
We're happy to offer you the opportunity to buy now and ship later! Please email email@example.com with your order confirmation number and let us know the date you would like the package received.
Can Kyotofu assist with business gift giving and large orders? What about adding a corporate logo to cupcakes or cookies?

What is the shelf life of your signature products?
Shelf life for our cupcakes is 10 days at room temperature, or one month frozen.
