We take traditional favorites like cupcakes, muffins, and brownies, and reimagine them with our favorite Japanese tastes, like Green Tea, Yuzu, Sesame and Miso. We use the best possible all-natural ingredients and even developed our own signature gluten-free flour, and we think it's the best on the planet – even better than regular wheat flour!
